Does any one have "quotes" on fairly new homes, 2 bedrooms, for sales in Saint Augustine area?
Thanks.

this is the area I am looking into. A 2 or 3 bedroom house, 2005 and newer.
Thanks for any input.

best bet is to go to msn.com, and look at the real estate listings for st aug areas... last time i checked, a 3 br 2 ba newer home was priced in the low $200k's - mid $200k's

I don't know any specifics about that particular area (my search is for Jax only), but attached are the two sites that I use daily to check listings.

You can search by zip, city, neighborhood, etc. I also get new listings emailed to me daily.

Moderator cut: urls removed - use DM for real estate links

You can also check realtor.com.

Good luck in your search.

Also, you might want to consider moving your post to the Jacksonville forum - you may get more hits from that specific area - and the people on that forum are terrific - extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help.
