Well, Tomorrow we are listing our home.Great timing but we do not need all the extra expense of living in Fl like HOI and property taxes.I can feel the stress already about having yet again another home selling but this time I want to and all the other times I made myself think if we don't sell I will not mind. I walked around our home today and hubby went swimming in our great pool I looked at our dogs playing outside in the area we made for them and I had my coffee this morning out on our lani and loved the peace and quiet just trying to make myself not care if we don't sell. It didn't work.
Good thoughts coming our way will help so much.

have faith my friend we closed on our house last Friday ! PREY it helps We had to sell way low according to sarasota county the market value on our home is 315000.00....We sold for 190,000 and I have never felt so good ! I suggest to do what it takes. Next year your home will only be worth less if your county is like sarasota where they continue to overbuild, increase taxes, and everyone and his brother is trying to sell. Life is short this is no place to be stuck. Good Luck!

Well the post for the sign is up.We havent even signed the contract and she had the post put in. We were going to sign it but hubby had a bad case of the gout and had to cancel so you can imagine our surprise when we saw a post in our lawn tonight. We called her and she said she ordered it and didn't want to cancel the order so knowing that we were going to sign the contract this Friday she just let him put the post up (they are running out of posts). She is a go getter though and she has 12 listings ( I think that is to many but I may be wrong) and 20 sold homes so we will see.
