Are u talking to start or top rate? What does that range cover? I would be happy making $14 to start , or if it took me a little while to make. And that's considering what I make now here in NY ($22). OK, here come the negative posts.....another one from up north. Let's get them out of the way.

The thing is we live on overtime here which is time +1/2 and 2x on sundays. So u can say I make great $ for no degree. The thing is they are outsourcing and cutting work here so I am most likely going to be taking a $20-30k pay cut. That might not happen . But, I am definetely considering leaving here and will do so if it does. Thanks a lot for the reply.
