thanks a lot.

so like NE about Jacksonville to St. Augustine, Daytona doesn't really get hit also?

but still you guys still need to be prepared when there is a hurricane coming right? you said it might hit this year, or in 50 years.....I just think it's a hassle that every summer I have to be glued to tv, and prepare for hurricane....maybe I am overthinking it

I never even think about a storm coming. After living here 50 years i have yet to see one real storm hit this area.

oh so you guys don't even have hurricane warning? like it might come close to here it might miss here but still get prepare just in case? you guys don't even have that?

We get warnings sometimes, but nothing never happens. I never prepare , and never have. I'm sure one day a CAT5 will come up the pipe and take all of the Tampa area out. I won't leave my house and will go down with the ship.

You will have a much better chance of getting hit down in them areas. It is much better down that way compared to Tampa, but so are the chances of a storm.
