Apparently (see link below), people are spending a lot of money to develop driverless cars. I'm wondering why they don't save themselves a lot of work and expense and just come down here to Florida. Between 80 year olds, teens texting and talking on phones, lost tourists, etc.....we already have a lot of driverles cars. Or, does clueless count?

Ive heard of this before. At least these cars will know what they are doing.

Around 98% of all crashes involve some sort of driver error. Cars that are driven by a computer and take the human element out of the equation would be the best thing that could ever happen to roadway safety.

Its coming, We have the technology now , perhaps a magnetic strip embedded into all roads combined with some added sensors and control systems on the car and gp and bingo no driver controls needed.

That will be a good way to hunt and neutralize the members of the 1% driving around showing off without personal risk to the drone car.
