Department of regulations decided to raid a barber shop in order to check licensing...after previously inspecting the barbershop 2days prior and finding everything legal.
Excessive regulation leads to excessive enforcement actions. Too many regs, infringement of liberties. In this case, a Federal Lawsuit is working through the system and holding those who conducted the raid liable for their actions.
