In terms of demographics, lifestyle, amenities, culture, etc--- Where in the Tampa Bay metro would most resemble Boca Raton?

Might want to post this in the Tampa/St Pete subforum for the best response. I'm guessing Bayshore Blvd area of Tampa, marina area/Vinoy St Pete.

In terms of demographics/feel probably Old Northeast in St Pete or Hyde Park in Tampa.

very inaccurate - Apollo Beach, for example is far from being equivalent to Boca.

If you extend your area a little further south, then I would say Sarasota.

Saying "anywhere w/ water and palm trees would be like Boca Raton" is grossly inaccurate and not helpful whatsoever. People make pretty important decisions based on what is recommended here.

In fact, there aren't many places like Boca Raton here in the TB area....see prior responses, OP, especially Sarasota (downtown, St Armands). But if you're looking specifically at Tampa -I'd look at the high priced homes along Bayshore, Hyde Park if I had the money.
