Are there tiny home communities in FL? If so, in which cities?

I want to have a minimal housing structure in FL such as to receive mail, a crash pad, while I'm travelling 11+ months per year. Since I would be gone so long, I wouldn't need, nor want a big house since I would hardly be using it. Therefore, I wouldn't want to be paying high HOA, high taxes, higher maintenance on a larger home. In many cities, tiny homes are not allowed, because zoning law require 1500 sq feet or more on a home. Or is a better way to buy some rural land, not in the city, where I could build a tiny home, although it would be alone, not in a tiny home community.

I'm open to good ideas or alternatives.

Tiny homes are on wheels, you can leave/evacuate unlike a traditional mobile home.

Don't listen to the naysayers on here with arrogant, unreliable car nicknames, with a lot of research it's very doable, tiny home communities are popping up everywhere in FL, like this one:

There are a lot of Parks that rent to RV/Campground type trailers on long term rentals, so no real problem. A Tiny house is simply like a small trailer on wheels. I have a friend and his wife, who live in one with a small trailer here in Volusia County.

Im aware of trailer parks, RV's, mobile homes. My definition and inquiry is about tiny aka small homes, NOT RV's or mobile homes. Tiny homes can also be like a traditional homes, fixed to the ground, not necessarily on wheels. There is a distinction between "tiny homes," RV's, and mobile homes.

I was making a joke about trailer parks, even though they basically are the same thing except tiny homes are more hipster and fashionable. Your best bet would be to buy land and then hire a tiny home builder.

A Google search turned up this interesting site: https://tinyhouseblog.com/tiny-house...u-can-buy-now/

Note that a few are mobile homes, which frankly is your best bet.

I think you will have to look inland and rural for the most part. As you pointed out, most populated cities have square footage requirements along with other codes.
