Posters 3 and 4, whereabouts in the Sunshine Land are those posted Communities, Cities, etc ? None of those names sound a bit familiar to me, and maybe to the OP either.

I was being stupid and following the previous post with no context. Xanadu is a condo in Cocoa Beach that doesn't allow any pets. I suppose a large condo like Xanadu could be considered a community but probably not what was being asked by OP. I'll show myself out.

You can find condo communities in just about any medium to large city here in FL that do not allow pets.

That being said, you may still find residents with pets allowed that are exempted from the pet rules because they are service animals or emotional support animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Lol, one of the least enforced rules, those dogs are everywhere.

Anyway, the OP asked about pets, reminds me of another poster that was on here...

In Miami Dade people that have them get ratted by people that see them, to the proper authorities and the Dogs get removed from their property.

There was once a couple of yrs back a new Marlins Player and had 2 or 3 of them, he had to get a place in Davie, Broward County because of his darling dogs.
