I'm just thrilled that Sam Bankman Fried didn't set up FTX in Florida! Madoff was in Palm Beach 1/2 the year but he was largely seen as a NY scammer.

I expect after Ian this goes way up. More carpenters and other construction industry related workers starting their own LLCs in order to start their own businesses and get contractors licenses with the high demand for construction and repair work around here.
