Hello all.
After decades of experience up North (in Polk County,) it's time to move South.

Looking for an honest, rock-solid realtor (Not a hobbyist or a beginner) to walk me through the obstacle course of landmines and sink holes outside the city limits.

It's time to give up on Big City living (yeah, I'm talkin' to you, Winter Haven! And Lake Wales) and looking for some raw land to build a small family farm. Some people might think of it more as a "Homestead" or Prepper's Compound. Semantics. But small...thinking 2.5 to 5 acres might be in the budget. Maybe more, which would be nice, but hoping not less.

Don't need much more than a road that leads past the property, I'll take care of the rest. My friends think I've gone Amish ... not that there's anything wrong with that.

So after years of reading everyone else's contributions on City-Data, now I hope y'all might be able to make some recommendation for me. Much appreciated!!!
