Default Wellington vs. Coral Springs

Hi,

I am planning to move my family down to FL. My parents and Grandmother are in Boynton Beach so we want to be within a 30-40 minute drive. We have been down to the area many times and in the past we always liked Wellington.
I've also heard good things about Coral Springs. Can anyone provide feedback, both +'s and -'s of both? Thanks!

Anyone? I'm not concerned about house prices, etc. because I have found that info already. I'm just trying to get a ground level feel from those who know. Thanks.

I lived in Wellington in 1998-2004 and many of the new families coming in were from Weston/Coral Springs. The hubbies still worked in Broward for the $$, but wanted to raise the kids in Wellington. Wellington is what Coral Springs was in the 80-90's and Wellington is much quicker to West Boynton via 441 than Coral Springs will be. Before we had the mall in Wellington, we would have to go to Boynton or Palm Beach Gardens and 441 was just 2 lanes and so much more dangerous.
