Just listed my home in Indiana, and will be moving to the Central Florida area when it sells. After reading the posts here, I think my best bet would be to rent for a while before purchasing a home. We spent 10 days in February looking at 55+ communities in the Leesburg, Wildwood and Inverness areas. Does anyone have any advice on where to look for a 2/2 or 3/2 home or Apt. that will accept pets? The 55+ mobile home parks seem interested in seasonal rents that run upwards of $1k a month. I think that's a little steep, but maybe I'm just accustomed to rentals here in N.E.Indiana. Would sure appreciate some input from you fine folks.
Thanks.
