Hi,
How would you rate these places in Kissimmee for family life based on Crime, Traffic, Schools in the area, any restrictions on pet (dog size etc), friendliness of the inhabitants etc.
Thanks.
Isles of Bellalago/Bellalago
Brighton Lakes
Heritage Lakes
Hunter's Creek
Oaks Reserve, (golf community).
Thanks

Isles of Bellalago/Bellalago (currently have a short sale under contract for a buyer in Bellalago), is out there a ways but the water access makes it a top pick and a personal favorite, Lake Toho is one of the best Bass fishing lakes in the state, the British focus on this community.

Brighton Lakes has a CDD on top of the HOA, buyers tend to buy in Bellalago(s)

Heritage Lakes again is a nice community, no bad vibes on the street.

Now for the Oaks Reserve I think you meant SHINGLE CREEK RESERVE / THE OAKS, Park Square is currently building, five family members have work for them over the years, community is closer to Downtown Kissimmee, new is always nice.

Traffic not bad for above, little heavy at rush time.

Schools for above communities can be checked out by searching Osceola county schools, they should be as listed below but zoning could always change, better to check before you buy.

Elementary School: Pleasant Hill Elem
Middle School: Horizon Middle
High School: Poinciana High School, Liberty High School

Hunters Creek has deals and is better located to shopping, listed and sold many in this area, no complaints with the communities or schools, heaviest traffic.

Hope this helps,

Much thanks Dave. Yes, it was very helpful. Thanks for the correction about the Oaks also.
