I will tell you something funny, when I was a kid Sam Giancana was living across the street from us when he was shacking up with Phyillis McGuire. I would see him all the time, my dad knew him pretty well. I am pretty sure when the FBI released Sinatra's records he had no connections to the mob. Like a lot of people he worked in an industry that they had interests in but nothing directly connecting him. He was Italian though and was liked.

Nothing like that will ever pass in this state. The last time it came around it was voted down by a 2 to 1 margin, not even close. Will never never happen.
