What are some of the best fun things to do in Panama City and Panama City Beach? I know that the main draw is the beach, but what else is there to do in this "World Renowned" Spring Break location other than getting drunk on the beach?

Theres a small outdoor Mall,some restaurants and bars but basically its all about sitting on the beach.
Nice beach but how long will sitting on a beach looking at water hold your interest?
i just noticed your location, i guess the beach didnt hold your attention for very long..
Get a fishing pole and go fishing off the pier, much more exciting than sitting on the beach,
