Hello all,
Could you please tell me if there are any apartments in the Freeport area? I have only found two and my calls are are unanswered and no return call. Any insight what it is like living there is great. I would be moving there to work at the Radar building, and do not really want to commute from DeFuniak, or Niceville, but prefer something that is there inFreeport or max 10 miles away.
Thank you.

The only apartments I can think of in Freeport are public housing. It's a rural area/small town where most of the housing stock is single family with a handful of townhouses here and there. I don't know what your budget is, but I suspect that the best rental opportunities are single family. There have been some smaller homes built in the past 10 years that might work out for you.
