today I had a crystal light energy drink......I forgot the exact name.......it was a sample and in a little long, skinny pouch....purple, so it must have been grape.......I have been on the go all day long and a bit hyper......I think it's that drink......but that's okay, because I have much to do.... Anyway, I put more water in it than it calls for, but it still tastes okay......
and now.......water.......always water.........ha!
Italian Sparkling Mineral Water... one liter down, second will be finished before I go to bed...
