A smoothie my daughter whips up every morning...Cucumber..avacado..blue berries- banana - this spinach like stuff...forget what you call it...apple...soy milk.. sometimes a peach....and sometimes a dash of protein powder...oh and some of that horrible tofu stuff...It looks like horrible green slime....Before she leaves for work she brings me a glass...and says "DRINK THIS"- so I do...she has this little joke...."Drink this or I will put you into one of those homes for old people..that you see on 60 Minutes...the not very nice kind." Fearing elder abuse...I close my eyes and fire back the green slime...it's pretty good...but I am not telling her that or she might stop making it...lol.
