That gallon of 'the stuff' for the colon test dehydrates ya, I don't care how much electrolyte stuff is in it.....it tasted like lemon salt water......bleh.
I was so glad to have normal, regular water and iced tea after the test........and am stilll drinking water.

Eat all you want afterwards and drink what you want. Hubby has his next month and I will have mine early next year. Then, at our age, I think we will not put ourselves through it anymore...
