This morning was at The Original Pancake House in Grapevine, TX. I had six slices of thick-sliced bacon, scrambled eggs, an English muffin with blackberry preserves, hash browns with chopped onions, and coffee.

Fried eggs over skillet potatoes with onion, peppers, grated Romano cheese and a couple dashes of Tabasco. Fresh ground french roast coffee.
