I'll just have to agree with everyone else...what's the point?
My recipe does not have blue cheese, but I agree with the poster who suggested making the ranch with fat free buttermilk. It might turn out OK with low fat cream cheese or FF yogurt. I would not substitute for the cheddar or the consistency would not be right. Aside from the ranch dressing powder, and Lord only knows what's in that, my recipe just has natural pure ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup pepper sauce, such as Franks® Red Hot®
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix and warm until ingredients are melted. Serve with celery or chicken flavored crackers.

I'd skip the dip entirely. The Buffalo Wings experience is all about the wings and not about the calorie heavy dip. IMO, the only point of the dip is to cleanse the palette for those who can't handle the heat. Or, an excuse to eat some 100 calorie per tablespoon dip. Keep the celery, ditch the dip.
