Ill eat it hotter than hell if it tastes good. I wont put meself through pain for nothing. I used to eat fresh Jalapenos and Serrano Peppers but lost the taste for them so dont eat them anymore on their own.

Normally, I like my food spicy and flavorful but not exactly hot. But I do make "hot sauce chicken" on occasion - chicken breast cut into pieces and sauteed in olive oil, seasoned with some cajun spices and a healthy dose of hot sauce, served over white rice.

I also like to have some hot salsa with chips every now and then.

I like food extremely spicy, especially things that come in a bowl like chili.

When ordering Thai curry I choose green curry instead of red curry so I know for sure it isn't blood the next day.

I love spice and heat, and generally go fairly hot in terms of seasoning...but I don't see the point of a level of heat that obscures the flavor of the food...seasoning is supposed to augment and complement the flavor of the food. If just a burning sensation is all one's after, why put the stuff on food at all? Why not just down it by the spoonful?

I don't use salt, or fat in my diet, so..food does not have alot of flavor...bring on the hot sauce! The spicier the better.

For those of you that have been to Chipotle, I like it as hot as their hottest salsa. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would guess that is a 7.

I like really spicy food. However, I don't like to be in pain or roast my tongue, so I do have my limits. I like the hot wings, not the "OMG Call the Fire Dept. Nu-ku-lar" wings.
