none, if i need a quick bite i stop at a grocery store and get some fresh deli food, funny thing is its usually cheaper than that over processed junk at the grease box
depending on what you get, it isn't necessarily any better for you than any other fast food. what do you think it is? If you are talking cold cuts, they are about as healthy for you as a raw weiner. If you are talking salads, you can get exactly the same thing at most fast food restaurants. Why do so many people assure everything at a fast food restaurant is greasy?
We really don't eat fast food to often, but in CA or NV we grab In&Out as soon as we get off the plane. We also love Panera's. We will grab Burger King once in awhile or a salad at Wendy's. I am guessing we grab fast food about 4 or 5 times a year.
Never heard of In-and-Out Burger. Or Culver's or Zaxby's.
I used to love Popeye's when I worked near one. Don't know where any are anymore.
If I do fast food, it's usually Wendy's, but I've got a Five Guys near my job and have gone there a few times. Kind of pricey for an ordinary FF burger, but it's OK.
KFC's potato wedges-with honey (not honey mustard, just plain honey)-on them are divine, IMHO.
French fries at BK or McD's have been good in past, but I haven't been back to either place in years, so I dunno'.
