Usually these type of soups have a very high sodium content which isn't very healthy.

Are those the ones that say you can't microwave the container? If so, they lost me. The soups in the boxes, Bisques, squash and tomatillo and Thai Coconut something or other are SUPER delicious.

If you can't cook and you don't want to learn - open a can or buy a microwave.

They taste too processed. The "meat" freaks me out.

I like the portabella mushroom one. Of course like any premade soup loaded with salt. I only buy when on sale because it's 3 bucks a bowl.

I'm heating up some tomato basil bisque for breakfast. I got it for $1.50.

It was very good, you could really taste the cream. Unfortunately, it was also very very salty, which detracted from my enjoyment.

I got some recently for the first time for $1 each. I have tried the crab and corn chowder. it was pretty good. there is nothing unhealthy about salt so I don't consider that when buying something like this. I would only consider it for taste.
