I had a red large plum,1 pear,1 banana and later an orange.This morning I had some peaches in my muesli.

yep, we had fresh raspberries out of our friends garden for breakfast plus veggie juice. We are having vegetable soup for dinner. I think that should be plenty of veggies and fruit for the day. And I will have my grape juice before dinner.

im going to new hampshire today and will stop at one of my fav grocery stores- they make the fruit cups with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries... sometimes they make them with whipped cream layered between the berries
