I frequently get the Baja Salad when I don't feel like cooking. I believe that Wendy's chili is quite low in fat vs. the protein content. I just watch the salad dressing (but not too much).
I'm a fan of the Baja Salad, too. I usually pick off some of the cheese, and I don't use the dressing or the tortilla strips. It's still fast food, but it's not the worst thing you could eat.
No, I do not consider any salad healthy out there. I guess I have a phobia with people touching my food and also I heard from close people they do not wash proper the vegetables and that disgusts me!

Well I guess you might want to consider never eating out;; Wendy's is no different than any other restaurant, fast food or otherwise when it come to cleanliness. Most of us have spent our lives eating out and we are still alive to tell the story....As for touching your food, you do realize they were plastic gloves don't you? As for washing the vegetables, don't believe everything you hear. I have no idea, but I have learned to take what some say with a grain of salt...

..When I was young I used to eat all the time out...no big deal...once I started to work at some point at Wendy's, I slowly started to change my mind...They were at least here where I worked cutting corners, things were not washed proper. and about it once I even had food poisening. Luckily Health Department came and closed the place down til they were officially cleared.I am well aware eating in Restaurants food being touched and I do go out occasionally, but not as often!
And by the way at Harvey's they do NOT wear gloves!

so are you saying a Wendy's in Canada actually was shut down because of unsanitary conditions? That is a pretty strong statement. As for Harvey's I have no idea where or what Harvey's is, but we are talking about Wendy's here...
