This morning was at Black Walnut Café in Allen, TX. I had an English muffin, peppered bacon, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, potatoes O'Brien, and Brazilian coffee.

I'm off schedule, so, b'fast was all organic & at 2am. 2 double espressos, 2 waters, 2 tiny wheat tortillas with turkey, salami, ham, Gouda, fresh basil leaves & cucumber slathered into oblivion with dijon. Seems everything in my life is double at the moment...

Have a wonderful weekend, All!
