I made venison chicken fried steak for dinner last night. Have one left over. Gonna hot it up in the skillet with olive oil, two eggs, over easy and home fried taters. All smothered in the leftover gravy. It'll be tough, but I'll choke it down, somehow.

cleaning up the fridge , I saw a garlic & herb flat Iron pork steak, so I broiled that up- delicious,,,gives me fuel for snowblowing the driveway

I made a 6 egg omelet with bacon crumbles left over from another recipe, colby jack and cheddar cheese- 6 eggs for plenty for the 4 of us-the dogs even got a few bites
freshly baked cornmeal bread with strawberry preserves
fresh orange sections (band fruit)
hot decaf tea with real cream for a change

Day 2 of a queasy tummy & the chills... so just 6 green grapes, a few sips of water & a small cup of black coffee. And, I'm goin' back to bed 'til tomorrow's b'kfast. Crummy, cold day...
