My standard fare, with a tall black, strong-as-molasses coffee & 3 pints water.

I can't post a pic of the coffee, because if I don't drink it fast enough, it melts through the bottom of the ceramic cup.

I need to go shopping & find a new b'kfast for tomorrow... I'm bloody well bored with the above. So, I'll be watching this thread carefully today for ideas.

Yesterday is was white pudding thanks to a DC poster that let me know it was available through Amazon. It was great. Just like we had in Ireland.

Cheese omelet and a sausage patty. And I'm feeling SOOOOO relieved that the National Institutes of Health came out this week saying that eggs aren't bad for cholesterol after all. Only fifteen years after Dr Atkins explained why they don't cause increased cholesterol. And coffee.
