make garlic aioli with egg yolks, garlic, lemon and oil. Great with potatoes or bread. Or pretty much anything.

I make scrambled eggs for Artie (my dog) once a week or so. I'm sure he'd love if they were all-yolk. I don't add anything to the egg when I make it for him -- just break the egg into a bowl, whisk, microwave for 45 or so seconds, done! (I fork it into little pieces and let it cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes before giving it to him.)
