I made a small angel food cake using only egg whites and put the yolks in the fridge. What can I do with them? Can I freeze them? would it be healthy to cook and give the pets? We rarely eat scrambled eggs so mixing them in that won't work.
Many thanks.

I make scrambled eggs for Artie (my dog) once a week or so. I'm sure he'd love if they were all-yolk. I don't add anything to the egg when I make it for him -- just break the egg into a bowl, whisk, microwave for 45 or so seconds, done! (I fork it into little pieces and let it cool in the fridge for about 15 minutes before giving it to him.)
