3 toasted slices of whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread, a non-fat blackberry Greek yogurt and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of skim milk.

One & half whole wheat bread sandwiches made with non-fat mayonnaise & chunk light tuna, a Fiber One oats & chocolate chewy bar and a large glass of cranberry juice.

We returned from New England with a cooler full of local cheeses. Literally. And other stuff.

I made an grilled cheese sandwichs with extra sharp Vermont Cheddar on a multigrain thickly cut bread that is out of this world. Pared it with tomato herb soup, dill pickles and apple cinnamon water.

Big juicy pear for desert followed by a long walk with my dogs.

Today I had yummy Speghetti O's (Well they wouldnt have been if I didnt add sugar to make it taste as good as I remember them (Before they cut the sugar way down.. TASTES HORRIBLE NOW))


Nothing I can do about the milk they use now (SKIM MILK (Used to be reg milk) but it still tasted good)

I had 2 cans together
