Tuna with 2 slices of low calorie bread. Out of crackers.

My wife's pasta with chicken and vegetables. Also a few cut raw vegetables. And an apple and a few nuts later.

From the deli: my favorite - Sicilian salad , potato salad and an assortment of chicken wings.

Sirloin steaks with a side of steamed vegetables and gnocchi with basil pesto.

2 fish cakes with ketchup, a mixture of corn & peas and a glass of cranberry juice.

Made for my whole family porridge soup for they are sick and I ate it too and a thermos filled with Chamomile tea for everyone

Ate my way through Costco with lots of samples this afternoon. Then, got hotdogs for the girls but had a few bites of theirs and shared a very berry sundae with DH. They had Tate's chocolate chip cookies and we got those to bring home and unfortunately they are delicious.
