Last night I fried two rashers of bacon, then stir-fried half an onion and a mess of cabbage in the fat and ate half of it for dinner, figuring I'd eat the other half today with an egg tossed in.

But my day sort of went sideways and I ended up going for a late-afternoon lunch at a diner with friends and no way am I going to eat again today. I'm too full.

Will my mess of bacon, onion and cabbage be OK tomorrow?

I have no clue what a "rasher" is, but as long as whatever it is is refrigerated, I don't see why not.

Oh, sorry, guess that is more of a Brit term. Just means a piece of bacon. And yes, it's been in the fridge this whole time.

I tend to go with a 3 day rule for leftovers.

If it's been in the fridge, then yes. It's OK to eat.

bacon, onion, and cabbage?
OK........are you a homesteader?
That's what my grandfather ate back in the bush.
There wasn't anything else but grey squirrel! (which was leaner and probably better for you)

It should be fine if you refrigerate it.
