Other than Kibbeh and Hamin, I've eaten most of the foods on that list. The difference is in the name of the dishes
which are either from Western and Eastern Europe or the Middle East. IMO, they are all tasty no matter what they
are called.
I miss the passover food (brisket along with some hard bread) that the jewish co-worker would share with us around that time of year. Always good to mix it up and have some variety in one's food routine.
Matzo ball soup in Israel is eaten during Passover but not so much during the rest of the year.
I understand that but I love it throughout the year.
