Israeli cuisine is a mixture of delicacies from different cultures. Which of these have you tried or which do you think you would like?

Other than Kibbeh and Hamin, I've eaten most of the foods on that list. The difference is in the name of the dishes
which are either from Western and Eastern Europe or the Middle East. IMO, they are all tasty no matter what they
are called.

I miss the passover food (brisket along with some hard bread) that the jewish co-worker would share with us around that time of year. Always good to mix it up and have some variety in one's food routine.

Not mentioned on the list but for Matzo ball soup (the more matzo balls the better) and any
kind of babka.

Matzo ball soup in Israel is eaten during Passover but not so much during the rest of the year.

I've had most of them.
I wouldn't like the Shakshula because it's in tomato sauce, or the Krembo. Not a big fan of chocolate or marshmallow.

I enjoy Israeli Couscous, and felafel. Chalah is more Ashkenazi Jewish than it is Israeli. I'm a fan.

I also like Israeli salad. Popular back on Long Island.

Hummus is a staple in our house.

My DW make an excellent vegetarian Matzoh Ball soup. I duffent think that was Israeli either. But hers is veryy good.
