Anyone know how to make this stuff? It's not just the making but I have an impossible time rolling it out flat and even. Is there some kind of trick to it?
I have been trying for years to make a marzipan cake and failing miserably. I found the cake at a bakery in Utah and it is wonderful. It's a basic yellow cake split into 2 layers with whipped cream and raspberry jelly. The top is a sheet of marzipan. It would be simple if I could just roll it out right!
