pizza can be healthy, it's just bread with toppings, plus it's baked, not fried

the crust = breads & cereals group

the tomato paste & mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives, etc = vegetable group

the cheese = milk & dairy group

the toppings like peperoni, chicken, sausage, ham, etc = meat group

pineapple used on hawaiian pizza = fruits, vitamic C

I agree with this, this guy is a vegetarian though and did not eat meat. If you look at the nutritional content in cheese or veggie lovers pizza it isn't all that terrible. Has plenty of protein, and saturated fats (which are healthy) from the cheese, carbs and fiber from the bread and veggies for micronutrients. I'm not surprised that he is thin and looks/feels healthy and has good blood work levels.

Indeed, but like the guy said, that's what he likes. The real life Michelangelo.

Except he eats plain pizza. So no meats, fruits, or veggies (besides the tomato sauce).

Assuming the piece isnt satirical it cant be very healthy in the long run to subsist solely on a diet of bread/cheese/tomato sauce,
