I had to laugh when I saw macaroni! I thought I was one of the few who still uses that term. I am getting ready to make a fresh batch over the weekend. Sounds like a great dinner.
My dinner tonight is a BLT salad with Yum Yum sauce, grilled corn on the cob, and ice water with lemon to drink.
Come on! Is macaroni that out of style! Lol I think not. Hell we've been saying that term as long as I can remember and occasionally switch to ziti.
Strip steaks, corn on the cob, butter, Worcestershire sauce, habañero sauce (Tropical Pepper Co., very yummy!), lemon Ramuné soda. A Malbec from Argentina as a wine. For dessert, Girl Scout Do-Si-Dos cookies, black coffee w/ caffeine. My wife got things ready, I cooked. Normally a meal like this is for Sunday, but we did it this Tuesday evening anyway.
I have been in the mood for Chinese this week. Haven't done it yet, though. Actually, I miss my favorite Japanese takeout place in Tucson. They have the best yakisoba and katsu curry!
We had ravioli for dinner. DH picked it up on the way home from my doctor's appointment. Stitches are OUT!
Meatballs, cranberry salad, peas & carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy.
