A big glass of Simply Grapefruit grapefruit juice. I am hooked on this stuff right now, which his a bad thing. I will have finished off the whole bottle within the next 45 minutes. We've only had it a few days. The problem is that I get a craving for something, go and get that something, gorge on it, then am satisfied after feeding the craving that I won't bother with it for another six months. The trick is getting the end of my craving to coincide with the finishing of whatever it is I've purchased to satisfy the craving. It's hard to be me.
