Still away in Kentucky/ Indiana. I think we will have breakfast for dinner. An asparagus and Swiss cheese omelet, with a side of grits and a slice of fruit pie.

Went to Texas Roadhouse and had country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and cream gravy, a salad with blue cheese dressing, and a 22 oz Bud Light, which I drank about 10 oz of.

I really just liked the idea of drinking it out of a tall chilled mug and having ice chips in my beer; I knew I couldn't drink all of it! DH poured what was left of his Stella Artois into what was left of my Bud Light mug and finished it off.

I wouldn't mind trying goat meat. When my nephew came back from Afghanistan he said he would never eat it again as long as he lives.

That sounds good as well, I could survive on pasta and soup, I'm sure of it.
Hope all is getting better in regards to the hospital.

A strawberry banana nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of whole grain/wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of Jasmine tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

Goat is my favorite meat ever, but it must be done right to do it justice!

Maybe those mountain Afghan villagers were not doing it right, who knows? If I still lived in Houston I might go get some to make a stew.
