Me too! Cause I was so busy today, that I have no energy to cook. So far dinner has been a lean cuisine and a small bag of Doritos. Not my proudest moment!

Ice cream Sundaes or fruit.

In a few days I'll be an empty-nester. DD had some issues with the USBCIS (she was adopted from Korea as an infant, and they opened two files on her accidentally). So, last semester, she attended Kent State.

She is nervous, but very excited. I am so proud of her, but feeling weepy.
Sounds delicious, Sheena. You'll both get to have some new adventures but I know separation is so hard.

We are having Chinese food. I am making shrimp fried rice, Napa cabbage and home made egg rolls. I might also make some snow peas with chicken, if I can find the snow peas. They didn't have any a few days a ago at our local market.

My wife threw together something resembling a Mexican Pizza at Taco Bell the other day and it was outstanding and much better than the TB version. It consisted of 2 large tortillas, 1 can of refried beans, taco seasoning either or without meat, cheese, cilantro, and olives.
