Oatmeal with a sprinkling of cinnamon, some sugar & skim milk together with a cup of dark chocolate almond milk

For an appetizer a banana and a blueberry yogurt. Going to agitate for some brown sugar cured smoke ham and eggs over easy with strawberry jam on toast made with Italian bread.

Steel cut oatmeal with dried blueberries, cinnamon, chopped walmnuts and real maple syrup -- some flax seed sprinkled in there too. Black coffee.
