Really late. It was lunchtime, really. Western omelette and hash browns. Cook fried the heck out of those potatoes. Best hash brown potatoes I've had in years.

Huevos rancheros. I made the sauce yesterday, and it turned out really well. Also some fruit, probably blueberries.
