About 4 ozs of cold leftover Costco rotisserie chicken and a small fistful of whole unsalted almonds

Probably make a parmesan cheese omelette for brunch in about 4-5 hours when I get back home.

Only had time for a quickie snack breakfast

1 cup bran flakes (Kroger store brand)
2 tbs raisins (Sun Maid brand)
1 cup 1% milk

We don't buy any brand of pre-made raisin bran as the raisins are usually rock hard. We buy the Sun Maid brand raisins, with the resealable inner bag, so we can have soft chewy raisins in our raisin bran. We get less sugar and fat this way since makers of raisin bran cereals usually coat their raisins with a spray of palm oil to hold added sugars.
