Long church service today as it is conformation for 4 youngsters so breakfast will be a bit late and more like brunch. We are having hard boiled eggs and smoked salmon with bagels Our son in law told us how to cure the salmon so it is probably better tasting and certainly cheaper than buying at the store. The problem is: now I buy too much Salmon so how much money am I really saving? I seem to have a reason to serve the salmon almost every Sunday lately.
Eggs - sunny side up (2 broke on me ) with sprinkled ground turmeric and Old Thompson ground citrus, couple of sausages, toasted English muffins, grapefruit segments, Simply Peach juice, & coffee.
