I made pasta, with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes & 2 goat cheeses, ( one soft, one hard). Instead of adding Olive oil, I used some of the oil from the tomatoes & artichokes.
Yesterday I had 2 pieces of grilled chicken breast, a string beans mixture, some kidney bean salad with pieces of celery and a glass of water. (Somehow I accidentally posted this on the "What's for Breakfast?" thread!)
