Finally, a homemade pizza crust that isn’t soggy and I could transfer it from the pan to a rack for a few minutes to become even crispier. It uses sourdough waste and yeast. I made it this morning and with the summer heat in FL, I let it raise, shaped it, raised in the pan a bit more and it was ready to eat by noon. Yay!
