Cheddar Bay biscuits are my favorite and I do love a bagel once in a while. I rarely eat any kind of carbs anymore, don't even have most of that stuff in my home.

I eat a lot of carbs, so I have to spend a lot of time at the gym just to work it off.

Homemade are the best.....

Also been seriously wanting potato pancakes- w/ a touch of butter & sour cream....

I don't always give into temptation but when I do I thank God my job is a workout

I like all of it but my favorite one is rice, since I grew up eating it and still have it, although not as often. There are so many things you can do with it, too.

Pasta - can't live without it, but in the end it might be the ruin of my health. Recommended servings are 1/2 cup, but who can be satisfied with that little amount? I know that in Italy they are shocked at the amount of pasta that Americans eat and I am shocked at how little pasta Italians eat in one serving, more like the 1/2 cup. I think Italians are satisfied with less because of the flavor of the topping and the appetizers they eat.

It was some good voting...I guess not surprised bread sort of is the winner, although I thought it would be potato.

Also, Italians eat pasta as just part of a meal. I like pasta as much as you do, and when I eat it, it is usually my entire meal. I don't cook more than 1/4 pound at a time. Leftover pasta is dangerous.
