At 20 seats w/ 5 hours a seating, I can see why the wait list is so long. The web site also Indicates he gets all of his ingredients from his 14 acre land. Interesting but not easily expandable to accommodate his long wait list any sooner...not saying he wants to expand.
No, I wouldn't wait a fourth of that time... actually wouldn't wait over a year, if that long.

Yeah, if the list were still open I'd put my name on it just for the sake of it. Who knows, maybe you'd still be interested in it 10 years from now.
I have no problem paying for fine dining. You are eating edible works of art. People throw away money going to sporting events, what's the difference? Professional sports teams make billions off of millions of suckers willing to shell out hundreds of dollars for a ticket for crappy seats, during terrible weather, charge suckers $10 for a cup of miller lite (actually it was up to $20+ for a wine at last super bowl IIRC), and $9 for a prefrozen hot dog. Talk about gullible.
