I have figured out the best tasting smoothie for myself, FRUIT TASTE WISE.
The best recipe I have come up with is 1 cup of raspberries, one cup of pomegranate juice and 1/2 a cup of blueberries. I also like adding oatmeal and spinach as well, but haven't figured out the right amount for each yet.
That is the best fruit taste I have come up with so far, if I make it with exactly those measurements.
However, I would also like to add yogurt, as well.
But I cannot come up with how much of each of those without the smoothie being too thin, or too thick.
Does anyone know the best amount of yogurt to make it thick but not too thick? I have looked at online recipes, but all those recipes do not have my ingredients in, and have less than mine. Is their a rule of thumb ratio, as to how much yogurt to add, depending on how much measurement there is, of everything else?
I don't measure when I make smoothies. I start with a small container of plain greek yogurt. I add some frozen fruit and some chia seeds. Then I add a bit of almond milk. Maybe a bit of honey. I blend it up. If it's too thick, I add a little more almond milk. If it's too thin, I add a bit more fruit.

The first thing I'd try is to use less liquid, in your case, pomegranate juice. From there, I'd look into adding yogurt. I can't tell you how much. You'll have to go by trial and error. Oatmeal might add some thickness, too. Are you talking about cooked oatmeal?
I've tried cooked and raw, they are both good. If I happen to be cooking it for other reasons, then I will use some of that. For sweetener, I use honey, but sometimes it doesn't need it, and I use trial and error for that. I thought maybe there is a specific ratio for how much yogurt, because in professional shops, they are able to make them on the fly, and keep them usually at the same thickness.

Generally if they measure, it's not so much to keep a consistency of thickness, but rather portion control as a cost savings measure. The consistency of the consistency (LOL) is an accidental byproduct.
Or, just eat the fruit and yogurt....it will do the same thing as a smoothie!
I prefer a smoothie for portability. I can't really take fruit and yogurt in the car. Also I can add things like chia seeds, protein powder, spinach, etc. that are kind of difficult to have without blending.
